On Nov 25, the maiden voyage of flight C6511 from Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, landed at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, signaling the establishment of a new direct route between Guangzhou and Tashkent. This milestone also marks Centrum Air's first passenger route in China.
The flights, using an Airbus A321neo aircraft, will be scheduled twice weekly. Outbound journeys will depart Guangzhou at 4:35 am local time on Mondays and Thursdays, arriving in Tashkent at 8:50 am local time. Returning flights will set off from Tashkent at 5:35 pm local time on Wednesdays and Sundays, landing in Guangzhou at 3:15 am the next day.
This newly established route is expected to bolster business and tourism links between Uzbekistan and China, providing travelers with additional options to explore the burgeoning economic and cultural ties between the two countries.
