Reminder: Residents travelling to/from Shenzhen and Dongguan are advised to report to local community for health administration purposes

Dear Residents,
近期深圳東莞等地陸續(xù)報(bào)告新冠肺炎本土病例，為進(jìn)一步做好疫情防控工作，堅(jiān)決阻斷新冠肺炎疫情傳播，保障人民群眾身體健康和生命安全，廣州市疾病預(yù)防控制中心現(xiàn)向近14天來有深圳市、東莞市旅居史的來（返）穗市民發(fā)出如下倡議：
In recent weeks, Shenzhen and Dongguan reported a number of local COVID-19 cases. In order to strengthen COVID-19 control and prevention efforts, cut off the further spread of COVID-19 and safeguard people’s health and safety, Guangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention urges residents who travelled to/from Dongguan and Shenzhen in the past 14 days to do the following:
一、主動(dòng)報(bào)備。來（返）穗后請(qǐng)立即向所在社區(qū)（村）、單位、酒店主動(dòng)報(bào)備，配合完成“四個(gè)一”（發(fā)放一份健康告知書,開展一次健康問詢,查驗(yàn)一次健康碼, 開展一次核酸檢測(cè)）及14天自我健康監(jiān)測(cè)的健康管理措施；如經(jīng)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查研判為有中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)旅居史或涉疫風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人群的，需配合完成“14天集中隔離”、“14天居家隔離”或“3天居家健康監(jiān)測(cè)+11天自我健康監(jiān)測(cè)”等健康管理措施。
I. Reporting. Please report to your community (village), employer, hotel immediately upon arriving in Guangzhou. You will need to work with relevant staff to implement health administration measures, including filling in a health notification document and undergoing a health inquiry. You will also need to present your health code for verification, complete a PCR test, and go through 14 days of self-health monitoring.
If you are identified as people with travel history to medium- or high-risk areas or people exposed to infection risks after the epidemiological investigation, you will be subject to health administration measures such as 14-day quarantine at a designated facility, 14-day home quarantine, or 3-day health monitoring at home plus 11-day self-health-monitoring.
二、往返深（莞）穗的通勤人員，或短暫停留我市的出差旅游人員，建議持48小時(shí)核酸陰性證明來穗，同時(shí)向所在社區(qū)（村）、單位、酒店主動(dòng)報(bào)備，并配合完成相關(guān)健康管理措施。
II. Commuters travelling between Shenzhen /Dongguan and Guangzhou or temporary visitors travelling to Guangzhou for business or leisure are advised to hold negative PCR test reports obtained within 48 hours. Meanwhile, you are also required to report to your community (village), employer, hotel to complete relevant health administration measures.
三、做好健康監(jiān)測(cè)。一旦出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、干咳、乏力、嗅覺味覺減退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、結(jié)膜炎、肌痛腹瀉等不適癥狀時(shí)，應(yīng)立即報(bào)告所在居委（村委）、所在單位或所住酒店，及時(shí)就近至發(fā)熱門診就診，并主動(dòng)告知醫(yī)生自己的旅居史，就診過程中請(qǐng)做好個(gè)人防護(hù)并不得乘坐公共交通工具。
III. Monitor your health properly. You should immediately report to your neighborhood committee (village committee), employer or hotel if you experience symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, smell and taste disorders, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, muscle pain, and diarrhea, etc., and seek professional medical advice at the nearest fever clinic. You should report to the doctor your travel history, wear facial masks during the diagnosis process and avoid using public transportation for your journey to the fever clinic.
四、做好個(gè)人防護(hù)。來（返）穗途中，請(qǐng)您全程規(guī)范佩戴口罩，注意個(gè)人衛(wèi)生，保持社交距離，避免用未清潔的手觸摸眼、口、鼻，避免到人群聚集、空間密閉、通風(fēng)較差場(chǎng)所活動(dòng)。
IV. Wear personal protection.Please wear facial masks throughout your journey to Guangzhou. Pay attention to personal hygiene and practice social distance. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or nose with uncleaned hands. Avoid visiting crowded, enclosed spaces with bad ventilation.
