It covers an area of 11,000 square meters, has a total investment of 420 million yuan (US$ 57.95 million), and includes a 21-story office tower, a three-story commercial podium building, and a three-story commercial detached building. The main office tower, which will be topped off this month, will feature a new energy vehicle exhibition hall and shared office spaces to nurture a group of growth-oriented small and micro enterprises.
